Anime Expo 1992 Opening Animation "Bayscape 2042"

This is a 15 minute animated short that I directed and animated in 1992. I was also the character designer.

Traditional paper and pencil animation, with hand painted animations cels and background. Filmed using an old second-hand super 8 camera, on a hand-made wooden animation stand, in a garage.

Production time was roughly 6 months with many volunteers for cel painting.
